Intan to NWB release notes

* Beta Version, 4 November 2021
- First release.
* Version 1.0, 25 February 2022
- Added optional parameter "settings_filename" to convert_to_nwb() function that loads all settings from an .xlsx file, ignoring all other parameters.
- Added UI elements to "Advanced" section to allow settings file configuration within Jupyter Notebook.
- Added optional parameter "nwb_filename" to convert_to_nwb() function that specifies the name of the output .nwb file.
- Added UI elements to allow nwb filename configuration within Jupyter Notebook.
- Added more informative error message if the input filename the user provides is not a .rhd or .rhs file (for example, .dat files that should not be included in this field)
- Added optional parameter "session_description" to convert_to_nwb() function that allows a specific session description to be written, instead of implied from Note1 + Note2 + Note3 of Intan file.
- Reorganized convert_to_nwb() arguments for clarity.
- Added estimated completion time information to the status report that occurs at the end of each chunk's conversion.
