PRM dataset issues

I am cross checking PRM dataset and found some issues in the LPD dataset - hopefully the database can correct this behavior

1. lpd space type that is never used.
   The classroom laboratory is labled in ashrae_90_1_prm_2019.lpd_space_type.json but it is not specified in the ashrae_90_1_prm_2019.prm_interior_lighting.json for its lighting requirements.
2. Duplicate records.
   The classroom - laboratory or shop is a duplicate record of classroom/lecture/training - preschool to 12th. The latter seems closer to the standard.
3. Inconsistent naming:
   firestation or fire station
4. Spelling error
   gymnsasium
5. Mix requirements and OpenStudio space types?
   Attic, Elevator_core and Plenum

@weilixu - It looks like these are openstudio-standards data issue. We have not yet integrated the space type data, are these issues in the tables in this repo as well?
