What's in this Pull Request?
The "PromotedState" and "FirstPublishedDate" fields in the language pages created are no more related to those of the original page.
Promoted State will be set to 0 and First Published Date to null when creating a new language page.
Promoted State and First Published Date will be set to their original values when a language page is recreated.
The values are set via JSOM. Before a page is recreated, the values are read from the page and set after recreating using JSOM.
