fix(HMS-4895): missed push-dockerfile task refactor

This change update the push-dockerfile task to use the bundle aligned with -oci-ta; missed change during updating the build pipeline. This should fix the message `Cannot find Dockerfile build/package/Dockerfile` https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HMS-4895 Signed-off-by: Alejandro Visiedo <[email protected]>
