Discrepancy in validators minimum requirements

In the Reference Hardware section there is a discrepancy between the instances that were used for benchmarking and the minimum specs listed:

• Instances have 2.6 GHz and 3.5 GHz max boost speed

• Minimum specs mention 3.4 GHz speed

• Either the paragraph about the cloud instances needs to be removed (which I don't think serves any purpose) or if the instances' specs are correct (2.6 GHz and 3.5 GHz max boost speed) the minimum specs need to be updated to reflect that.

Also, I'd remove this paragraph:
"While the hardware specs above are best practices and not strict requirements, subpar hardware may lead to performance issues and increase the risk of slashing."

• I'd give a fix set of minimum requirements that validators need to meet and not leave it open to interpretation.

On that note, I'd suggest:

• Renaming the section to "Minimum requirements"
