Added /setMinSpeed, /getMinSpeed and /enableLowSpeedOptimize command. From this version, the low speed optimization feature is not enabled in default, and you can use /setMinSpeed to define the motor speed during releaseSw in a homing procedure.
The configTool is update to v1.1 to control enabling/disabling low speed optimization and to set minSpeed.
