[Feature Request] Keyboard shortcut to show/hide panel, or just a way to disable the panel entirely #343

Mousing to the edge to show the panel is clunky, ideally there'd be a keybind to toggle its presence but I don't think it exists. As a workaround I tried to pkill cosmic-panel (to run cosmic-panel whenever I wanted it displayed) but it's automatically reloaded.

More than just a workaround to the above, disabling the panel would be a neat feature by itself, being able to save 100MB of memory (according to htop) would make cosmic more viable on very lean machines.
