Error cloning document: COPY method not allowed

I'm unable to clone a document and receive this error. I spent some time trying to track down which component the error came from, but came up empty. Perhaps those more familiar with the code can find it.

The error occurs on the demo site (screenshot) and using the extension.

Thanks for reporting. This probably occurs because pouchdb-route doesn't implement the COPY method for docs. Adding a handler isn't that hard, but it'll probably have to wait until the tests are available again (pouchdb/express-pouchdb#232) to prevent regression and assure corectness.
