Show relations in list of changes of changeset

It looks like relations are not mentioned at all. I assume it is not easy to check visibility of relation in current view, but still.

Relations are not supported at all by the OWL API at this point. See issue:

ppawel/openstreetmap-watch-list#8

It is very problematic since a lot of relations are very large and simple tag change would have to trigger creating of a huge number of tiles (like for a country border).

It is definitely doable but it is something for the next major version of OWL API, right now I'm focusing on stabilizing and tuning what we have (nodes/ways).
