问题描述

飞书企业应用测试提示“请求失败：HTTP400”

复现步骤

在编辑设置中，设置通道名称飞书应用，appid为cli_a734b3923178100e，appsecret为wiUhc8VkcrUnOdmpjjH5sgTJfMgPRAkX，消息接受者id类型为userid，消息接收者id为1c4g5e6g，消息类型为纯文本，测试失败

短信：始终允许，非空白通行证
电话：始终允许，非空白通行证
