Mania hardware-side lines

These horizontal lines appear in the game and are related to the scroll speed, so they seem to move downward with notes.
They don't disappear when you quit the map or the entire app. I assume this is a hardware-side issue.

I note that it happens not in all maps and never noticed it to appear on not-4K maps.

I can't see what you're talking about, but it's probably temporary screen burn-in.
