Add an option for switching to slower retry.

After this update, we can't automatically get offset suggestion.

You can slower-retry with offset. First pause, then retry from the pause menu.

If you accidentally press retry, your offset will not be recorded. It also won't prompt you to set an offset when you re-enter the song after quitting the gameplay.
