Swift 4 xcode 11

Hiya, using your plugin fine for Android but on iOS I'm using xcode 11 and get message saying

"The target "amazon_s3_cognito" contains source code developed with Swift 3.x this version of xcode does not support building or migrating Swift 3.x target."

Can I not use your plugin in xcode 11 ?
