In the Travis Xenial/Python 3.7 environment (which currently uses Docker 18.03.1) we have seen some test failures where the get_logs tests in tests-core/test_definitions.py fail because not all of the logs are returned. We believe this is a bug in the Docker daemon, possibly this one: moby/moby#37062

This will hopefully be fixed in Docker 18.06 which as of writing is in RC.

Docker 18.06 is the default on Travis now.
