Hey contributors, good to see you.

This project will help us in prediction of Lung Cancer, based on segmentation of images, using Computer Vision.

Dataset : https://wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net/display/Public/Lung+CT+Segmentation+Challenge+2017

If you like to work on this issue, follow the given guidelines for code as well as for the README. You can try to compare it using different algorithms.

At the very first step - the date-set is provided by the link you mention above and perform data augmentations if required ( if dataset has no variety )

  • if images in dataset are dicam images then I extract information and array of image and then convert array into image so taht I can easily do annotations .

second step - label and create annotations files for all images.

third step - train a model over dataset with annotations file.
