When Pravega connector builds, part of the build process should create a docker image that will start up a standalone presto server with the Pravega connector. Identify the presto version from gradle files, and build the container using the correct presto code.

What about the other PrestoDB plugins? Can we (should we) be able to pull them into the docker container?
