Pravega connector doesn't handle quoted strings in CSV format tables #70

When reading from CSV, the Pravega connector doesn't support quoted strings. It handles them like any other character.

Written to Pravega: 12,JAPAN,2,"ously. final, express gifts cajole a"

Output from Presto: 12 | JAPAN | 2 | "ously. final
