Preferred subtitle option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I usually have multiple subtitle files attached to my media, but I always select an specific language when watching.

Like in the jellyfin player, it would be nice to have a dropdown menu that allowed to select a language to apply on every media.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Findroid (the android client) and the official jellyfin client both support this
