No SMS Commands in Settings after updating to 2.0.0 #142

Noticed that SMS Commands tab no longer exists in settings after updating to 2.0.0

It used to be that I can toggle if I'd like to enable SMS commands inside this tab, is it now automatically enabled or the feature is canceled?
