Prey agent is running and connected to the internet, but device is shown as offline

As per the title, device won't appear as online in the dashboard despite the daemon appears to work, these are Prey's log:

@mark-careplanner what Linux distro and version are you using if I may ask? I'm considering switching to Ubuntu but it wouldn't be worth if it suffers from the same issue.

We're actually running Windows and MacOS! We use Prey for business. Think there may have been a bug in latest release.
