Re-organize and -name files and directories in Web_Crawler directory #143

There are a number of files and directories in the Web_Crawler directory whose purpose I do not know. I suspect some could also be re-organized for more clarity. To that end, I started a 0_Overview_of_Files_and_Directories.txt file in the Web_Crawler directory.

As a first step, could everyone look into that file and add what they know about the files and directories? Once we have that, we can re-organize this as necessary as to make more clear where is what.

I changed the naming convention for the Crawl_Data_April_2024 and similar directories. They are now called Crawl_Data_2024_04 so that they are ordered chronologically.
