This PR has changes for MuSHR v4 release, including the Ordering page, changes to build instructions, and a page to upgrade from the Nano to the Xavier NX.

This page provides instructions for installing libraries necessary for operating the MuSHR racecar. Before proceeding with these instructions, we first suggest trying our [Jetson Nano image](/hardware/build_instructions#sd-card-setup) that has everything described on this page already installed. However, if your Jetson Nano fails to boot when using our image, you can flash NVIDIA's stock Jetson Nano image to your SD card, and then follow these instructions to install the necessary libraries.

Do we have updated images for the Jetson Nano and NX? We should get those on the drive before merging this. Also, has the install script been updated for D455?

I left multiple comments to switch from v4 --> V4. Not sure what looks best, but your call
