3. Observe that Processing shows as Untitled with a default Java icon

I cannot recreate this issue on my Windows computers or my Windows 10 vm, are you launching processing from Intellij?

@Stefterv I installed Processing 4.4.0 using the .msi. I'm launching it directly (not from IntelliJ). Let me know if there are any logs or other diagnostics I can check to help debug.

@Sujith-43 This is related to ongoing work by @Stefterv, so it makes sense for him to look into it first. However, if you can reproduce the issue on your Windows 10 setup, that would be useful for comparison.
