自动定期更新和备份 #1

现在还是纯手动运行命令后commit, push.
理想是自动运行, 比如某服务器上做个cron job之类.
最好连备份到其他git库(暂时备份在osc) 也能自动

备份咋用github pages?
之前是在想讨论组主页是否可以放在github page: program-in-chinese/overview#12
