Custom url protocol for automatic broadcasts/playing with someone.

My idea is that you should be able to open a broadcast simply by clicking on a link, e.g.:
slippi://broadcast/b1ABZPBFJutN389F6y6FGVBfyx2h

What could also be considered for the future would be connecting to another player through a link as well if the slippi ishiikura implementation might accept a direct connect code as a cli argument in the future.

IMO this could benefit online tournaments a lot as this makes the process of streaming the games a lot easier (as well as matching up with an opponent).
