Feature request: ability to delete a tag

Dear all,

Coming from this [1] conversation, I would like to suggest the ability to delete or modify existing tags.

This feature does not yet exist in the old Hamster and, from a user perspective, would be a great addition, I believe. 😃

Right now, 'hamster-lib' does not support tags yet. Once we implement them, they will get the whole CRUD deal, this feature will be a no brainer. Thanks for reporting.
