This release cleans up a few issues. It fixes log output buffering, for Prosody versions that require it. Importantly, it also switches to running prosody directly, instead of through prosodyctl. This fixes an issue where 'docker stop' would hang for 10s, trying to stop Prosody.

Finally it also adds the required dependencies for websockets to work in 0.10+.
