Decide which parachains to target for deployment

We need to deploy to a select few parachains to begin with. The contracts will live individually as user accounts are unique per parachain. That said, is there any benefit to maintaining a centralised contract with shared state via t3rn?

We also must deploy to a parachain that runs pallet_contracts unless we port the contract to Solidity.
