Is there any documentation how to query https://webprotege.stanford.edu through this API?
Is it public in any way?

Hello ! I think you are thinking about a REST API ? Unfortunately the name is a bit misleading this is not that kind of API, in this repository we keep the DTO's that backend-service needs for different actions and is imported in other microservices in the stack.

Well, the whole web is REST. But anyway, so is there an accessible API to https://webprotege.stanford.edu ?
