include sort by user choice in router and not always show default sort by filter

Describe the bug
Currently, if a user set a non-default sort by filter type the UI will not keep it. If a user goes into a market details view and then back the markets overview page we are always showing the default sort by type.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:3000/#/liquidity
2. Pick My Markets
3. Change the sort by filter to newest
4. Click on any market list item
5. Click on arrow back
6. BUG: Users sort by filter (previously: newest) has been changed back to default sort filter
