Consolidate OMN token/Guild/Airdrop deployment

Describe the task that needs to be done
Currently, the Omen frontend has at least two OMN tokens contract addresses in use. This is confusing and needs to be changed with a new deployment of 100,000,000 OMN (as proposed for Mainnet).

Describe how you have considered doing it

• Deploy final test OMN token on Rinkeby with 100,000,000 OMN Supply @augustl
• Redeploy Omen Guild with newly deployed OMN token @augustl
• Transfer all supply to 0x4F46d722d1699E9099e7597c80c78b7225E0100f @augustl
• Redeploy merkle root airdrop with newly deployed test OMN token contract @hexyls
• Fund the merkle root airdrop with the total amount of airdropped OMN tokens @multisig
