A local PoS devnet with 1 second block time

Hi all, is it possible to run a local devnet with SECONDS_PER_SLOT: 1 ? Beacon client is panicking with it with:

Thank you for the report @montekki , that looks like a recent bug on our end, it should be possible to run a devnet with the interval mentioned
