[ISSUE]: Can't navigate in PS2 loader

I can't navigate in the PS2 loader app I can open it just fine but I can't select anything.

Try to remove the settings that were previously saved, this can be done by deleting the OPL folder on the MemoryCard or by holding the START button a few seconds before OPL starts.

so from my testing on GPT/SAD EXFAT:

2194 [run_2031] (the last one) works just fine every time

2197 [run_2047 to 2058] works just fine every time 

2197 [run_2059 to 2068] freezing on main menu/black screen

2199 [run_2069 to 2070] freezing on main menu/black screen

2194 [run_2031] (the last one) works just fine every time

2197 [run_2047 to 2058] works just fine every time 

2197 [run_2059 to 2068] freezing on main menu/black screen

2199 [run_2069 to 2070] freezing on main menu/black screen

the newest 2199 [run_2071] works just fine every time 🥳
