Version 2.002

Version 2.002 was posted on Friday. It adds a few glyphs, and also the feature c2pc (Petite Capitals from Capitals), and I have been refining and updating outlines, but the changes are not huge.

I'm going to try to slow this project down some, because I have other projects, and other things in my life, and I've been neglecting all that. I already have some fixes for version 2.003, but I'm not going to post new releases more frequently than about once a week.
