Particle transport mini-app

A mini-app that randomly sources particles in the global bounding box and transports them throughout the model w/ some sampled isotropic scattering, providing diagnostic information along the way would be really useful. Optical thickness could be fixed or sampled w/in some range each time a particle enters a new volume.
