Use JUnit Jupiter @TempDir

org.openrewrite.java.testing.junit5.TemporaryFolderToTempDir

Translates JUnit 4's org.junit.rules.TemporaryFolder into JUnit 5's org.junit.jupiter.api.io.TempDir.

This recipe has no required configuration options.
