What edge cases are we dealing with? Work with Chris on documenting these. One example which has come up:

What happens if Charlie puts a hold on a book and Chris picks it up and checks it out before it's fulfilled?

Many of these may be handled in Symphony report or some such, but we need to know what they are to know how we should handle them.
