Installing server scripts

Complementing the client side API, there is a script/module you need to install in the APE server. The easiest way to do this is to merge the scripts/ directory located in the APE_SERVER/ with the scripts/ directory of your APE installation. it will only overwrite the main.ape.js file. After that just restart the APE server.
