Puerto Rico feed doesn't seem to work

While checking the current coverage for transitous for public-transport/transport-apis#104 @vkrause found that there is no activity on the map in Puerto Rico. I can confirm this and also tried to get some routing results, which didn't work either. @Altonss can you have a look at what might be going on here? I'll drop it from the coverage attribute in the configuration for now.

There might be a possibility to contact them: https://www.ati.pr.gov/relaciones-comunidad?tab=DatosAbiertos#datos At least their is a different link, then the one in the transit.land atlas, maybe that one is more-up-to-date.
