We got this report from one of our users and ended up asking for a refund. We don't get much details on how to replicate it, can we make sure nothing wrong from our side?

This error appears on author archive page (which doesn't load all of his posts):

FYI: the plugin was installed on a previous iteration of the site. The site was a multi-site. When we migrated the database to bring the content, we likely brought over some legacy data. For example, when we load the PP plugin, there are already several author profiles in the admin.
