ISSUE: Currently our restriction is only working for publishing and not updating. It will be great if our restriction also applied in updating.

Step to replicate

  1. Publish new post with more than 120 characters.
  2. Set "Number of characters in title" should "required" and "Max of 120" characters in checklist settings page.
  3. Go to the same post and edit it.
  4. Now you will see it does not fulfill the checklist, but you can update it.

Expected behavior, they cannot update the page when checklist is not fulfilled.
