From the student summer 2024 retrospective: it would be helpful to have a single piece of documentation that documents all of our applications, the connections between them, and the tools we use to work with them (e.g. ansible). It's a lot for one person to keep in mind at any time, so having a single place to consult when discussing tickets would be very valuable.
Acceptance criteria
The pul-it-handbook contains a list of DACS projects with a brief description of what it does
The same page describes the connections between the various projects
The same page also describes tools that we use frequently, like ansible, capistrano, and lando, and how they connect to the projects

If we could show this visually (with a text equivalent, of course), it would be nice
