The MARC records from https://github.com/pulibrary/cicognara-catalogo/blob/main/cicognara.mrx.xml should be migrated into this repository.

This is easy to do, but what is this file, exactly? Looking at the git log, it hasn't been updated in years, and it has non-Cicognara data mixed in with it.
