Update date sort labels

Summary or User Story

The current dropdown options are "date desc" and "date asc". We shouldn't abbreviate and we might want some less technical languages.

Let's do Year (newest first) and Year (oldest first), like the catalog.

Acceptance Criteria

• dropdown options for date sort have been updated to be less technical and not be abbreviated

Find where the date desc and date asc labels are coming from.
