Hey there, I'm a long time user of the app and it's great. Is there a way to donate to this repo/community via crypto? XMR/USDT or ETH is ideal

I would also be happy to make donations and pay for certain features, but my request is to add Bitcoin Lightning. These are micropayments, fast and inexpensive, built on top of the Bitcoin network. To add them, it is enough for developers to set up, for example, a BTCPay server with an LND server configured inside (or they can set up a ready-made Bitcoin Lightning API from a company like Blink if the developers do not want to bother with setting up a Lightning node). Or they can use an option like the LNBits server, which works with some lightning node, or they can use third-party wallets that can be connected to it as a fund source.

BTC is great but I would recommend XMR over it because its wallets are easy to set up and private by default

Hi there, thanks for the sentiment - it's greatly appreciated!

At the moment, however, I'm trying to not promote sponsoring the project. For the last year or so, my job has been extremely demanding and I haven't been able to dedicate enough time to Memories to justify accepting further sponsorship. I hope this changes in the future and I can look into this then (otherwise, if someone can fill in my shoes and maintain the project, I'd be glad for them to accept the sponsorship instead!). Thanks for your understanding!
