Import repeaters for Texas, US

The frequency coordinator for Texas is the Texas VHF-FM Society. They don't offer a good way of exporting the data, you need to search county by county (https://www.txvhffm.org/repeaters/repeaters.php#)

Also, they explicitly say:

which is unfortunate.

Until anything changes there, we can't easily import that data in Repeater World (but anyone that knows it from other sources can manually enter it).
