(SUP-2382) OpenVPN client setup

rsan::openvpn_client provides:

• Install OpenVPN client on RSAN node
• Connect to Puppet's OpenVPN server and obtain customer VPN profile using customer's UUID
• Creates a service that will initiate a VPN connection from RSAN to Puppet's OpenVPN server using customer's VPN profile when started
• Places openvpnconnection.sh backup bash script on the RSAN node for manual execution

Check readme file (Setup VPN client with profile) for requirement details. I currently have an OpenVPN server (10.234.0.175) on Platform 9 that could be used for testing. Furthermore, there is a single connection profile on the OpenVPN server that uses uuid: b610a22572e25cc8987fa21266cec619a83f618d in PE's license file. Feel free to reach out for any testing queries.
