Als Probe IPA Kandidat möchte ich den Auftrag analysieren und eine geeignete Projektmethode wählen, damit ich sicherstellen kann, dass alle Anforderungen während des gesamten Projekts berücksichtigt werden und die Wahl der Methode nachvollziehbar dokumentiert ist.

Akzeptanzkriterien

  • Der Auftrag wurde ausreichend analysiert, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anweisungen im weiteren Projektverlauf berücksichtigt werden.
  • Eine zur Aufgabe passende Projektmethode wurde ausgewählt.
  • Die Wahl der Projektmethode ist nachvollziehbar und schriftlich begründet.
