Describe the bug
If you create a new Check-in the default selected radio is always fail, instead it should show the current zone

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a ordinal keyresult with a check-in
create new checkin
selected is always fail

Expected behavior
it should show the current zone
