Microsoft Edge support / add to Microsoft Store #3

As this extension is pretty much following common standards it should be possible to submit it to the Microsoft Store to provide it to Microsoft Edge users which currently lack any PwdHash extension.

unfortunately i have no access to win10/edge browser, so im not able to test it.
if you can test and upload it to the store, go for it, just add links to this repo and pwdhash.com

I have tried to get PwdHash to run in Edge but been unsuccessful so far (sideloading is possible but passwords don't get hashed), I guess someone with experience in developing Edge extensions needs to help out.
